Republicans Gingrich, Schwarzeneggar, Ensign, 3 peas in a putrid political pod — are there others?

But they have repented, mended their ways and sought forgiveness, so let’s let bygones be bygones because their personal failings brought no harm, no foul to the body politic!?   Republicans, from the party of Family Values, deserve much better —  you think?

Furthermore, a bit long the political slogan, but how does this sound, “Vote Gingrich for president 2012 because he’s only like  every other American, an imperfect Christian, and his current wife was on the church choir when he met her…”?!

  1. Republicans could throw each other under the bus and allow Obama to win.

  2. Romney has a significant skeletons clacking about in his history – the failure of the Mass. version of Obamacare. But so far, nothing immoral and he does have a background of success in business, management and governance and that is more than can be said of the current occupant of the White House. It would sure be nice to see a firm Conservative declare so as to offer a clear choice.

    • Good point about Mass version/skeleton of Healthcare law … Have not read up on how he is attempting to differentiate it, and to explain its shortcomings — that will be interesting reading.

  3. There are better people out there than the so-called front runners. They simply need to be identified, and drafted.

Myself? I wouldn’t care if the person was a reformed felon, if he / she was smart, honest, and had the best interest of the nation at heart. That would beat the heck out of yet another dishonest felon that just didn’t get caught!

  4. For those who support Romney, hope he doesn’t have any “skeletons”.

  5. I agree, Republicans can do better. Romney would be better.
