Person of the Week: Anders Behring Breivik, “humanistic Norwegian” terrorist?

Any illusions humanistically   educated and reared(?!) Norwegians might have had that their world was free of  “homegrown” terroristic violence some so readily ascribe mainly to gun-happy America, … was shattered by Anders when methodically he gunned down countless young campers. … Things are not so simple. …

Condolences to the victims, their families and humanity everywhere…

    • Yes, so true, and a range of introspections will follow there, just as in America after our “calamities”…

  3. Sort of makes one wonder what the effects of a society that so rigorously promotes “diversity” and “peace” might have on those who refuse to march in lockstep, eh?

Please don’t misinterpret ….. these were completely heinous crimes, perpetrated on a society that is completely unprepared to deal with this level of violence.

    • So true the suggestion that whatever the aim (no pun intended) there is anywhere to enforce “any form” of rigidity, might give rise to unintended consequences…
